I learn't the most valuable process while practicing Yoga which has changed my life , My guru in a yoga class taught me different asanas(poses) and holding the poses, What is best about practicing these poses is when we were holding any asana we are asked to focus on a point or breath. I feel there is too much pain in my legs or back, and then the next second I start focusing on the breath, or at some point the pain suddenly vanishes.

I understood one important point here, it is just about where are focussing. After doing yoga for several months, I understood one thing wherever focus goes our emotional energy starts flowing. I started applying the same technique to my daily routine and what happened is amazing. It's like having full control of your emotions whether to respond or not which has solved many problems in my life. I have made wiser decisions by practicing meditation for emotional control, The powerful meditation technique helps to

What are Emotions ?


E motions are the moment of energy that derive you and your communication which lead us to a state of mind called “mood” and regular flow of similar moods/emotions leads us to attitude and finally form your character. it will give you great power if you are able to control this basic element of life by managing where energy is flowing.





How do you control emotions ?


Positive energy flow leads to positive emotions and negative energy flow results in negative emotions. Secret of managing your emotions lies within us that I have learnt from my Yoga practice , So when I learnt that wherever I focus my energy starts flowing , I stated to practice focussing on my breath , In starting it was difficult to maintain focus , by gradually practicing it I was able to reduce my distraction and reach to a flow state(state of less/no thought)


Now I started applying the same principles while doing daily tasks , making my bed , praying to god , practicing yoga , office work , driving car and meditaion. I begin to realise that everything is different now , I am doing the same tasks but in state of flow.Then consciously I started concentrating on the positives and change start to happen,Our mind is multiplying our thoughts, our mind doesn’t know what is real or what is imaginary, it just reacts and multiplies.

What is meditation of emotional control and how to use it


Meditation for emotional control is a practice that you have to do throughout your day , The basic technique is to manage where our focus or attention is going , I know it will be difficult in starting , When I started using this technique , I was not able to manage my attention or focus , my thoughts are taking me their own direction , making me unavailable in present moment , It takes practice but gradually you will be able to realise where you attention is going , all the rush of unnecessary thoughts is going to slow down then you can just switch it off and shift your focus. You need to practice it throughout your day.


Meditation for emotional control is practice of seprating yourself from emotions and managing where your focus or attention is going

When we continiously focussing on negative things , we start taking situations in a very extreme way that may not happen , But mind responds in a same way of actual danger and we feel anxious and by practicing meditation technique for emotional control it can be avaoided , When you are able to control your focus and put your focus on positive things positive change start to happen in your life ,


  • Start by focussing on breathe, observe closely how your brethe is goin in and out , When you are able to do it then start to feel all your body /are able to generate positive emotions or no emotion state that is with calm mind.

  • Whenever you are shifting your focus from breathe , fix your focus on your job or work you are doing.

  • Focus on positive aspects of life and express gratitude throughout day.

  • Dont indulge yourself with negative self talk or negative talk with others.

  • Try to be in company of positive people that uplifts you.

  • Select a word or phrase that has a calming effect on you, such as "peace," "love," or "calm."Silently repeat the mantra in sync with your breathing. This can help quiet the mind and soothe emotions.

  •  Spend a few minutes journaling about any emotions that came up. This can help you process and understand your feelings.

You will feel yourself in a state of flow, Keep practicing and advancing the technique.
