Man is a social animal is a common phrase that we have heard frequently, Being social means being communicative and it can be done through speech, through actions, and expressions. E motions are the energies that derive our communication and which lead us to a state of mind called “mood” and regular flow of similar moods/emotions leads us to attitude and finally a character.

So positive emotions can lead to a Happy mood and negative emotions can bring mess to our situation so it is of paramount importance to understand these Energy motions.Humans have always inclined towards the best version of themselves and we have reached to state where we have developed biologically to saturation and we are experience in developing our IQ(Intelligence quotient) but are we have giving equal importance to our EQ ? EQ is emotional intelligence means our ability to use, handle, perceive, and understand emotions. Though many studies are being done on EQ still its importance is unknown to many of us. When I was in school, there were groups of students and it is observant to see that major groups are formed with ones having similar kinds of emotion hence able to develop a connection and communicate in a better way resulting in a stronger Bond. So when God derived us to earth, He brought us with a piece of consciousness, As we say every one of us is different then how can be the same consciousness, Each piece of consciousness brings its own set of flows/energy and these flow through our body. The science of emotions is well done by digital marketers these days, it is interesting to note how computers can learn and associate with your emotions and use them to sell a product to you on social media, and also funny to see machines can control us and we are still struggling.
